We are Seed Mob
We are building a movement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people for climate justice. Our vision is for a just and sustainable future with strong cultures and communities, powered by renewable energy. Climate change is one of the greatest threats facing humanity, but we also know it is an opportunity to create a more just and sustainable world.
Seed is a metaphor for our movement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, representing our relationship with Country and culture.
Right across the continent, as our seeds grow and our roots take hold within the ground, they are strengthened by our deep cultural connections, guidance, and knowledge from Elders and communities.
This collective strength ensures that our branches reach even higher, allowing us to thrive while our movement stays firmly grounded in culture and climate justice.
Our growth continues the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander resistance to protect Country and culture.
At Seed, we know that by building the power of those most affected and confronting systemic injustices, we can build strong, sustainable, and resilient communities where everyone thrives.
We believe in the power of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people to lead the solutions to protect Country, culture, and our climate.
Our communities have the solutions we need and are already leading the change.

Mission
We are building a movement led by and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people to protect our Country, culture, and communities from the causes and impacts of climate change.

Vision
Our vision will be for a strong and connected network of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people who will be empowered and leading the fight for climate justice.

Theory of Change
Seed builds the capacity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people and communities to lead the fight for climate justice.
By listening to and working alongside communities on the frontlines of the causes and impacts of climate change, we shift the power to First Nations people to lead the solutions for a safe and just climate future for all.
